REGISTRATION

The registration for EFS14 is now open.

After your online registration you will get a confirmation e-mail including your login data for the REGISTRATION AND ABSTRACT SUBMISSION SYSTEM, where you can pay registration fees and submit your abstract after completed payment. Please be aware that your registration will only be considered valid after receipt of the completed registration fee payment and that abstract submission is only possible after receipt of the registration fee.

IMPORTANT: Please be aware that the number of conference participants is limited. To ensure your registration please make sure that your registration fee has been paid as soon as possible. If the participant number is exceeded additional registrations will be added to a waiting list.

Important Dates & Deadlines:

* EARLY/LATE FEE: If payment has not been received until December 8th, 2017, the late fee will automatically be applied.

DISCOUNTS:

  • For ÖGMBT members with an active and paid membership a member discount voucher code is available after login at the ÖGMBT website. For Austrian scientists or scientists who are working in Austria and want to become ÖGMBT members, please register first for membership HERE.
  • For ISM members a discount voucher code will also be made available by the society.

The discount is € 20,- off the registration fee. To use the discount enter the voucher code from your society during the payment process in the registration system.

Registration fees include:

  • Participation in sessions
  • Conference material
  • Coffee breaks and lunches
  • Welcome Reception
  • Monday evening dinner including transport

Registration fees do not include:

  • Participation on social event
  • Transport to conference venue

All prices are in Euro. ÖGMBT is exempted from tax, so no sales tax is accounted.

Deadline for cancellations

Cancellation deadline is the December 8th, 2017. Before this date paid fees will be refunded with a deduction fee of € 90,-. After the cancellation deadline no refunds can be granted. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing by email to the congress office.

PAYMENT

Please be aware that our payment provider Holvi does not support some (older or corporate restricted) MS Internet Explorer versions. In case of problems on the Holvi payment site please try a different webbrowser or pay with an invoice instead of a card payment.

All payments are made via the online registration system and can be made after the registration process is completed.

Available payment methods are (Available methods may depend on country):

  1. Pay online with credit card (recommended): VISA, Mastercard, Diners Club, Discover, JCB
  2. Pay online with bank card: EPS, SOFORT, Giropay
  3. Pay via bank transfer (Direct bank transfers are only supported from SEPA Countries! For non-SEPA countries Transferwise can be used instead.) In both cases after payment an invoice can be generated in our payment system. The due date for invoices is 4 weeks after issue.

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment according to the deadline indicated.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

The abstract submission is now open. All abstracts must be submitted using the online registration system and submission is only possible after receipt of the registration fee. The selection of the accepted abstract for a talk or poster presentation will be communicated in Mid-January. The acceptance and selection status of your abstract is also available via the registration system.

Please prepare an abstract consisting of a title (250 characters max.), up to 14 authors and an abstract body (2500 characters max. including spaces, acknowledgements and references). In the online editor you may use simple formatting elements such as bold, italic, underline, super & subscript and special characters in both the title and abstract.
